I booked this hotel last minute, because we happened to be around the area and we were too tired to drive further. I think this is my 2nd or 3rd review in trip advisory and my 1st negative one. If you are staying in the South Beach area, I highly recommend this hotel due to comfort, amenities, location, staff friendliness and helpfulness, and look and feel. The location is perfect, and within walking distance of plenty of shopping and all kinds of food options. The pool had towel access that was easy to find, and had people working the pool to make sure you had everything you needed at all times. We did have enough time after we arrived to enjoy the pool as well as the beach directly in front of the hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the showers worked great. The room is spacious, has a desk, and has plenty of outlets for our needs. As you can see from the pictures, the hotel has a boutique and eclectic style that is as stylish as it is warm and welcoming. Once inside, we arrived during the hotel happy hour, which featured complimentary wine (on this day it was a delicious wine selection from a Washington State winery) and a few little snacks. The hotel was closer to MIA than I thought, and only took 20 minutes to arrive via Uber.
